Required text is "Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art" by Diane Stein
This text must be purchased separately and is readily available at Chapters Indigo, Amazon, etc.

Reiki Level 1 is a certification in an ancient Tibetan healing practice that focuses primarily on physical healing.
The first day of this intensive course will cover:
~ the origins and history of this ancient healing art
~ how to provide a self-treatment
~ how to provide a treatment for another person who is physically present
~ you will receive the first symbol in your attunement
~ you'll receive your Level 1 Certificate
Reiki Level 2 is a certification in an ancient Tibetan healing practice that focuses primarily on emotional/mental healing, as well as distance healing - including past life and psychic work.
The second day of this intensive course will cover:
~ how to care for your emotional and mental subtle bodies
~ how to provide a treatment for another person who is not present
~ you will receive two symbols in your attunement
~ you'll receive your Level 2 Certificate
